Qasim and I (Aleesha) decided to take on a different 30 day challenge every month when we were seniors at Johns Hopkins. Clearly we didn’t keep up with that goal. But we’re back (for now). We’ll be tackling 30 day challenges as often as we can handle during our post graduate studies. Qasim is working on his master’s degree and I am now in medical school.
We were inspired by a TED Talk we watched by Matt Cutts: Try something new for 30 days. Let us know if you have any suggestions! We highly recommend that you try a 30 day challenge of your own. It will make your days a little more exciting and you’ll feel really accomplished after finishing a challenge.
